Dear Elementary Parents,
For those who need to pick up your students medications, I am choosing three days for parents to come and pick them up. This includes ALL medications (OTC, inhalers, epi-pens, creams, controlled medications, etc). They MUST be picked up prior to May 28th which is the last day of school or I will have to dispose of them since some are controlled substances. Now that school is closed until May 28th and will continue the online distance learning until May 28th as well, I thought if I gave enough notice then this would be easiest for everyone. Medications will be brought to you as you pull up to the front. If you are not able to come on those dates, please let me know via email, text, or my clinic remind and I will try and see what can be done as I too have small children at home and it is hard for me to be gone long periods of time.
