Dress Code / Face Covering Update

Elementary and Middle School Parents:

Dear Cumberland Academy families,
Beginning March 16th, CAES and CAMS campuses will have free dress for the rest of the 2020-2021 school year. TLA will remain in uniforms to continue following the guidelines of the Montessori philosophy. Please refer to the dress code policy as a guide. For example: no rips or holes in jeans, no sleeveless shirts, all pants must have pocket on the back, etc... If you have any questions, please contact your campus front office. Uniforms may still be worn if the student does not want to free dress at any time.

Masks:
We are aware of the recent changes the Governor has announced. We will update the families of the district as soon as the new mandate of all Texas public schools has been clarified. At this time and until further notice, face coverings are to be worn on any of the campuses while on the campuses unless your student is under the age of 10 years old or have a medical exemption on file if attending Cumberland Academy or The Leadership Academy.
